Retaining control over the equipment for your event allows us to insure the equipment is tested and actually shows up on time at the event. In the 35+ years of productions, we have seen sub-rented equipment show up late or not at all. Hiring Pegasus Entertainment gives you the confidence that the audio, lighting, staging video drapery and decor is on one truck with one crew on-time with no excuses. In the instance where we are handling backline gear or tents (items that we don’t carry) we have the items delivered early and have the drivers cell contact information.
