Unlike most audiovisual companies that say they will repair your items on site and than ship them off to the manufacture, at Pegasus we employe a full-time experienced electronic repair technician that can diagnose your item down to the component level. Our large well stocked repair facility is located off of our showroom and we welcome you to visit and talk to our staff at anytime.
Cost
Our bench charge at 45.00 is one of the lowest in the industry. Our hourly rate of 75.00/hour is also very reasonable. Bring in your item and we will discuss the repair with you and determine if it is worth fixing.
